Louise Dominy's Hampshire bodyshop stars have rounded off the year with another trophy after clinching the title Best Jaguar Bodyshop in the country in the autumn.
Now the polished performance of Segensworth based Jaguar and Land Rover approved body repair specialist Banbury's, of which Louise is managing director, has rubbed off on chief client, Southampton Jaguar dealer HA Fox.
For Fox's has been rewarded for having the best bodyshop - Banbury's - in the annual national competition.
And Fox's general manager Chris Taylor and service manager Keith Bates were naturally only too pleased to be pictured, right, with Louise for bringing the glory.
It was last year that Jaguar UK announced that an award would be presented to the best Jaguar bodyshop in the country. Louise, 34, said: "We rose to the challenge to make certain that all the criteria were met. Through reviewing our customer service procedures, monitoring our customers feedback and implementing customer satisfaction indicators, we were able to ensure we were delivering the very best service possible. Other measures related to personal development, to ensure training through Jaguar-recognised programmes were implemented and our staff continually trained in the latest repair technology in this fast-paced, everchanging industry."
"Our hard work and commitment has been rewarded. After competing against more than 100 other prestigious Jaguar bodyshops around the UK, Banbury's was announced the southern regional winner and ultimately the national winner of Jaguar Bodyshop of the Year 2006/2007."
"This was only possible thanks to a highly motivated, loyal and professional team who take pride in the work they do, continually working to better themselves and the company."
